Does the Zagg Lifetime Guarantee only apply when purchased directly from them?

I understand if you buy the Invisible Shield glass screen shield you get lifetime warranty from Zagg for as long as you own the device. However does that only apply if you buy the glass shield directly from them? If i buy it from another seller would I still get the lifetime guarantee?

Note: I ask because this seller says Invisible Shield but there's another seller that says Zagg on Amazon too.

I doubt it because it is common for companies to offer warranties on their products no matter where you purchase them. Also, at the bottom of their website, there's a section where you can "Find a ZAGG Retailer Near You".
