Where is Facetime in iOS 8.0.2?

where is facetime in ios 8.0.2

i have upgraded my 5s to ios 8.0.2 but not able to see facetime in setting or under imessage contacts in contact app

any help ?

So a Spotlight search and it will open the app. I've got mine under Utilities but I think I created a folder and put it there.

Where are you located? FaceTime is blocked, and thus, not available, in some countries. This is done because of local government restrictions on the technology.

Settings > General > Restrictions, make sure FaceTime and Camera are on. Bingo.

ok my restrictions was off i just switched my restrictions on and every things is on ......... now where is facetime ? when i siri facetime ....... siri said it is not allowed in your country

Where are you located? If your government has blocked FaceTime, it most likely is not on your phone. Could be managed by Settings > General > Language & Region OR by your carrier.
