For everyone who has owned their iPhone 5s for 12 months, how is your device holding up? Do you use a case? Do you have scratches? Have you had to replace the screen? Have you had any issues with your 5S? Thanks

My 5s, is pretty much as it was when I took it out the box. and do use a case.

I've had my 5S a few days after launch day. I used a case about 90% of the time for about 8 months now I use a case about 30% of the time.

I've dropped it a bunch if times but no scratches,no hardware issues,no broken screens. Still in excellent condition. No issues that a hard restart didn't solve.
No cosmetic wear at all.

It's was great until it was knocked into a desk corner recently. Has a ding by the power button but great none the less. Today I'm going to Apple to have them check out my battery so I can sell it. Something the next owner shouldn't have to worry about; I see a slight decrease in the battery. Of course it'll still be under warranty so they could do that themselves but I'm not that type of seller. I like my things in tip top shape.

My Gold iPhone 5s isn't exactly a year old (10 months old), but it's in EXCELLENT condition. No scratches, Original screen and everything is working great as it did the first day I removed it from the box. I do use a screen protector (front and back protector), and different cases especially when I'm out and about. At home I like to go naked....SMILE

Small vertical scratch near the top of the screen. Not enough to burn a replacement use under AppleCare+, but may do it just as the two-year period expires next year.

Otherwise pristine. Typically use a case with no screen protector. (Probably should've had one.)

Got mine on launch have used two apple leather cases no screen protector ( never do ) phone is perfect mint condition

My 5s is like new. Had it almost a year now. WIll be new again when iOS8 drops this week. No need for the 6 upgrade for me.

I had grit in my cloth when cleaning screen left a few scratches one deep one but not enough to cause rainbow scratch! Effect! Put a tempered glass on it can't even see it

Its in mint condition. I have it since march, i always keep it in a case and screen protector.

Just like everything else. Some stuff works great. Some hiccups with apps. But way better than my androids & blackberrys

October 15th will make one year with my 5C.
Knock on wood, it has given me zero problems, and is still in great shape.
Despite the phone being plastic, it has great build quality, and doesn't feel cheap.
All the reason why I am staying with IOS.
