How do you setup homescreens ?

I use alphabetical app setup by resetting homescreen layout once a while and I find it much better to access apps that way than using folders.

I use spotlight search for quick situations.

Do you use folders like lots of them ?

I use minimal icons on my home screen to show my wallpaper. The next screens I use folder categories with the most used arranged at the top.

I have arranged my apps alphabetically except three apps which are on my home-screen -

1password, Clear, Good for enterprise and Intelli IM.

Personally, I do not like folders.

My apps are arranged according to use or importance. I only have one folder.

My non-native messaging go into a folder on the first screen. I moved voice messages and put it into a folder on the first screen. SportsCenter goes right next to the messaging folder. On the second page, I have all of my games. On the third and final page, I have random apps that are placed into folders by category. The folders are placed in alphabetical order and the apps inside are placed in alphabetical order too.
