I'm getting TERRIBLE battery life on my 5S. It's actually gotten worse since I got it. Please take a look:

    2. location services on
    3. push email
    4. badly written apps

You might have gotten a bad install

Try restoring your device as new using iTunes and see if that helps. Make sure you back up your device first

The number 1 battery eater is location services on and background app refresh on for Facebook. Facebook is a hog!

Looks low. Just from your screenshot I'm seeing crappy cell signal and subpar wifi signal. Both will significantly decrease battery life.

Is your phone jailbroken? I see a line by the switcher for the battery percentage.

You could also adjust the time refresh for your email to be a little longer, and disable push, unless the account you deem as important warrants it.

I think it is pretty normal if you are using graphic intensive apps/games for that time. I have seen mine drop significantly when I play IB on the 5S
