Problem with vibrate in Ringing

Hi guys
Somtimes when my iphone 5s is ringing, phone doesnt vibrate or vibrate one time and just ringing
Could anyone help me to solve my problem

Uner Settings> Sounds, do you have the phone set to "Vibrate on Ring" and "Vibrate on Silent"? If they are off, that's why the phone isn't vibrating while ringing.

tanx about your answer but both of them is on and just somtime doesnt vibrate!!!!

Have you tried resetting or restoring the phone at all? Maybe the vibrating mechanism is faulty. I had a 4s which had a faulty vibrator...apple fixed it for me no problem.
