I cannot get the battery information to display

this is the battery usage of my 5s !!
i have restart the phone but still it not show any battery info !
pls help me guys.

When the phone has a re spring the battery usage will look like that until it's fully charged again. Did you have a re spring? Looks similar to a reboot.

i just charge it last night when it completly drained and was off. so i charge it to 100%

I would probably give it another day. Charge it tonight and see if that works. If not if you have an apple store near you couldn't hurt to go.

maybe i should not let the battery drain and calibrate it right ? can it be the reason ?

It shouldn't be the reason but who knows. That's why I would give it another night. Don't let it drain all the way. Only do that once a month or so.

It's rather simple. The information you see will only show after a full charge and will continue to display information, however, if you connect your device to a power source, even for a second, the information will disappear and will not return until you've fully charged the device.

There is nothing to worry about. You eventually got the battery percentage back.

You must have a background app running that runs constantly to show the same usage and standby info.
