My iPhone Keeps Getting Disconnected/Keeps Loading Blank Pages PLEASE Help!

This is my 3rd replacement and I've had them replaced for diff. situations..I do really miss my 1st phone to be honest. On my current phone, when I open apps, the page just keeps loading and loading and it's not loading..it keeps showing empty blank boxes ie. instagram and twitter, facebook etc. I really do not know what's causing this. Is this the device or what could this be? I already tried doing a IOS Restore, Reset all settings but none of them worked. This happends time to time everyday. My mom doesn't want me to take me to the apple store since it's a bit far away. When I first got this phone, when I install an app, I remember it wasn't installing due to internet connection so I'm afraid if it MIGHT be the device and I'm EXTREMELY nervous!! What should I do to check? please help.

Maybe time to consider a different platform? I heard BlackBerry is good.
