5s playing up!!

Hi guys! Love iPhones and always had them but recently had a problem while been playing games on my 5s. While gaming or in other apps, the home button or the lock button does not respond so I'm stuck in the app! Not even the notification slide down or control Center slide up doesn't respond! So I'm forced to reboot the phone since that's the only way out of the app! It's happened to me a couple of times in the last week! So yeh.. Any advice guys and girls..

Back it up to either iCloud, iTunes or both, put it in DFU mode and then restore it via iTunes. Afterwards, set it up as a new device. That's what I would do.
