Hi guys,

I really wonder what do you do on your iPhone in a regular day. Cause I saw some really good battery usage levels.

For example; I generally send over 1000 text messages over Whatsapp (I discovered many people use imessage instead of Whatsapp)

Surf on web through Safari

Listen music through Spotify for 2-3 hours. (offline & online mix usage)

Push my mails every hour

Use Twitter, Facebook and Instragram apps. And my battery drain fast when compared to ones with >7 hours usage.

So what do you guys do ?

Major web surfing

Tapatalk (sometimes)

Heavy gaming (Arkham Origins, Asphalt 8)

Music (on board, don't use spotify etc.)

That's pretty much it. My battery dies pretty quickly, though. Around 6-7 hours.

My iPhone is my primary device. I only use my PC for gaming.

Your battery must fly with that much gaming lol.

A few phone calls, which vary in duration from 10 minutes to an hour or more.
Texts, both SMS/MMS and iMessage
Email
Social networking, via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Camera, for random pictures and video.
Safari, usually to Google and research random stuff
YouTube
Music, loaded to the phone, not streaming.
Shopping, via the Amazon app and eBay app

That's about it. Some of this stuff, and all my gaming, has primarily been taken over by my iPad Air when I am at home.

I usually have Spotify running for music while at work.
Periodically check the tapatalk app, facebook, and tumblr
Text a lot throughout the day
Check sports scores in The Score mobile app
Mess with the camera and the photos app
Record my eating, water intake, and crossfit stuff in Momento
Check email and surf the web a little here and there
At night before bed, I do a LOT of reading in my flipboard app and browse the days Chive entries

Wake up, use my phone in the toilet to catch up on emails and news while ... you know...then wash up.

While walking to work, continue reading on my news. I use machash, zite, tapatalk, reeder2 and a bit of Safari.

Over the day, check emails, send messages via whatsapp and iMessage, catch up on news during breaks, sometimes take photos, occasionally use apps like calculator, skitch, maps etc.

At night, if I go jogging, runkeeper app.

Fairly basic smartphone stuff, as I am pretty busy at work, and I also have an ipad to offload the heavier stuff. But I still go to bed with my phone at ~20% quite often, and this is without intensive stuff like spotify or gaming. Suspect it might be the 4g draining the juice.

Mostly work email, and iMessage with friends. I do some music as well (Rhapsody and Spotify, with occasional Pandora) and I use the United app on a weekly basis. I've begun to stray away from social media, I noticed it began to drain me of my time, so I seldom do any of that now. Although, I do enjoy taking pictures on my trips, so I use Instagram on a normal basis.
