here's my usage I just woke up this morning about 30-60 mins ago. I'm going to use Instagram and twitter heavily with some light snapchat and see where my phone ends up. 3 emails and 1 calendar fetching. Background refresh off. FaceTime off (personal reason). Reduce motion on.

Dependens on how much I use my phone but usually I charge it every night or every two nights. I usually plug it in to my dock and then after it reaches 100% I try to keep it for around 50 minutes more and then plug it off.

No wifi (AT&T Uverse has been acting funky in my area lately), so all LTE and some 4G HSPA+.

Not bad with a morphe case. I only get DC-HSDPA were I am and get up to 6-7 hours max of battery life.

How are your settings? I have BG refresh off, fetching emails, 50% push notifications, location enabled for everything and FaceTime off. I use my phone heavily as well (IG, emailing,twitter and snapchat). Barely ever make phone calls.

I have no emails setup, I don't use iCloud at all, my brightness is at the lowest setting with auto off, I only get notifications for sports apps (3 at the moment; TheScore, ESPN, NHL, sportsnet for following Greece at FIFA) I do have social apps (Facebook, Twitter, Google plus, paper) on but I sign out once I'm done checking them, locations services off for everything including system stuff, I have vibrate only, I have FaceTime off, I have Siri turned off since voice control does what I need (ask to call some one), and I don't play games or if I do it's for a total of 30 minutes of light games like unblock me.
For usage it contains about 4 hours of music listening with over ear headphone (that have a 50mm driver) during which I check Facebook, Twitter, Google plus and Tapatalk. I do check those apps throughout the day but not often expect Tapatalk. I also log out of apps, close any apps I have open, and lock my phone when I'm not using it. And I have background refresh turned off completely.
Also I rarely make phone calls.

Oh that's excellent then haha. I see it as long as usage time is about half or more than standby then that's pretty good Barrett life.

Yea, when I'm in an LTE area my usage time is about the same, my carrier uses band 4 LTE and only recently starting putting up band 17 LTE towers. In terms of wifi I get about 8-10 hours of usage and about 16 hours of standby. (Wifi I get 15 Mbps down 1 Mbps up, DC-HSDPA I get 12-20 Mbps down and 1.79 Mbps up, LTE about 10-30 Mbps down and 10-15 Mbps up).
