I got the same question too!
As I posted here earlier it seams the UK Store orders are moving much faster than the US and that explains it. Since the countries listed in the Press Release all will get the UK model that means Apple is consuming most of their resources making the UK models and that's why the UK store is moving much faster.

But the US Store? It's dead, it didn't even pass the 20th of Sept orders. I ordered a white/silver iPhone 5S Tmobile 32 GB on the 27th of Sept and I am already hopeless.

That might sound stupid but since I am going for a short holiday this week, I just purchased a new smartphone from another brand to enjoy it for a little as my old smartphone was completely dead, and will sell the new one when the iPhone 5S reaches.... If it ever does!

It is the same with Canada - no movement. I don't even know what to expect at this point since I don't know who is Canadian and who isn't (except when a US carrier is mentioned or the state they live in obviously). It makes me worried.

i have given order on 5th. it benn almost 5 days not moving status even after paying fast delivery charge. and also full amt too.......

There are many people who ordered on launch day (like me) who have not moved past the "processing" stage, so you should anticipate a long wait.

i understand your feelings completely but 11 am is pretty late isnt it? because I ordered it over first 5 minutes of launch and I am only getting it tomorrow

Bummer! My master plan fell thru!!! Im having my phone shipped directly to my job but I was JUST informed that I have to go to Chicago tomorrow for a site visit (architecture) for the day. My phone is going to be sitting at my desk asking my coworkers "Are you my daddy? " Lol I'll be able to get it after I get back around evening but I was just hoping that my phone would find me waiting patiently at my desk.

Not sure, depending on how far South you are it may even go to Jacksonville. But I don't know enough about their routes, either way as long as your delivery date still says tomorrow it's going to happen tomorrow for sure.

exitement is killing me haha. i live 1.5 h away from Jacksonville, so not that far. i was actually thinking about spending a night at Jacksonville Apple

LoL did you read the post I was responding to? The person ordered on October 5th and was annoyed that 5 days later their status hasn't changed. I was simply pointing out that he/she will have to wait a while since people who ordered on launch day do not yet have their phones. Not sure what you read.
