    Hello,

    I'm wondering if the iPhone turns itself on when you plug it in but don't press the power button? The reason I'm asking this is because I want to fully charge it before taking it to the Aio wireless store, as it won't have any service to set it up with before then.

    I haven't charged my 5s so far today. I know that with the 5 (non-s) turns on when you plug the charger in. I would imagine the 5s being the same.

    Hm, so maybe I'll just take it sealed to the Aio store and open it there. What's the average out of the box charge level? I wish I could just set it up at home, but I went to the Aio store today, and the guy said he can't just sell me the nano-SIM without service, and to get service I need the iPhone with me.

    I am a little confused as to why it matters if the phone powers on... If it does couldn't you just power it back off?
