From a lot of places... there are some really great wall paper artists here on the iMore forums... there are also many photo sites on the web - one of my favorite is interfacelift — wallpapers, icons, themes, and iOS apps - but you may need to crop/resize the images... and sometimes I make my own.

I only open what I need to open, everything else gets ignored. My phone usually has 15 calls and my text usually has 20+ unread msgs. This was a good, calm day. Lol
