Its just a small trick its not permanent , its only for a second just to get s large screen while i take the screen shot here how to do that : push the first page of icons to the right with thumb ( left thumb) and the index ( right index) and with the left index on the top button and right thumb on the home button and click and you got this screen shot

It's too bad that Wallpaper Liberator disappeared from the App Store. It was a great tool to put your app icons anywhere you wanted. Luckily, I still have it.
