All white. The calendar blends perfectly. Used to rock the all black but white just looks better with iOS7.

Search "WP Liberator" in the App Store. It allows you to take pictures of the spaces where the icons *would* sit, and put them in place of actual app icons, blending in seamlessly with the background.

It works even better now that iOS 7 has no app icon shadows. Also, you'll need to the "Reduce Motion" setting on, killing the parallax effect.
