I am surprised I have not seen this asked yet (Or maybe I am just blind and I missed it)

Does anyone know if we will have to buy the 64 bit apps again or have they figured out someway to create the universal binary still so you can share the apps across your devices or will we be expected to buy the same app twice if we have multiple devices that are still 32bit?

It will likely vary by developer. Most will simply update existing apps to be compatible with all devices, including 64 bit. Some will inevitably create new versions of their apps that must be purchased separately as a cash grab, much like how ipad versions of apps currently work now.

I'm sure they will be universal and able to run on both 32 bit and 64 bit systems. Worst case, if the developer has provided a 64 bit version, is that the app download size will be bigger since it will include compiled binaries for both. I'm guessing that once installed on device the size will not be bigger because the install process will discard the unused binary.
