Yeah, he came back after security left and exchanged some words. Luckily I'm a firm believer in the 2nd amendment for obvious reasons, so I simply stood up to reveal my equipment, and told the guy causing an issue that we didn't want any trouble, and that we would all get a device. He nodded his head and walked away. I don't know the guy next to me that was threatened, but we have been conversating and once it got to a more seriously threatening point, I felt like I had to try and keep the peace.

Wow, pretty sad that you had to flash your piece to shut the guy up. Don't get me wrong, we're all nuts for lining up like we are today for a phone, but some people take it to the extreme. Guess that guy got what he deserved.

its 4:09am here going to my local verizon store called yesterday and they said they have alot of black 16 gigs and a few silver no gold. no ones in line that i know of, i went around 2am and it was empty so im hoping ill still be the first in line when i head there at 5am lol

That's intense, did the guy infront of you say anything back to crazy pants? I'm surprised they didn't make him leave completely. That's actually really scary though I am mouthy and would have probably made the situation worse lol. Luckily I have a taser I take with me for protection, I would just never think I'd need it for a phone.

AZ lol yeah but i called the apple store around 3 and people where already lined up. i couldn't risk waiting in line for over 12 hours hoping that id get the model of phone that i want then get there and not have anymore so i skipped it, went by my local verizon around 2am no ones there so im gonna leave in about a half hour to go sit outside and wait to get my iphone 5s silver where i know ill have a shot at getting it today.

6:45am, sprint store reps arrived and I can see them setting up the new iPhone display. 8am is almost here!!!

Wow... Even as #7, I didn't get either of my first choices! I wanted 2 AT&T 32gb, one gold and one silver. I got a 64gb gold and a 32gb space gray. Could be worse!
