Why can't my battery seem to charge?

my battery can't changer

Im using iphone 5c. it's always fallen from 90% to 30% in 10 minutes.
Can reset it is not ?

Maybe it's a dead battery. You may need to buy a new one. Are you using an Apple charger and cable? What happens when you plug it in? How long do you leave it plugged in?

A 5c battery use cycle would be nearing its usefulness if its been used heavily

So I'm agreeing with the above posters that a battery swap is in order

Any chance you have an Apple Store you can visit to have it looked at?

Apple batteries are designed to retain 80% capacity for 500 full charge cycles. Assuming you bought your 5c before it was discontinued you've had it for quite some time and the battery is showing its age. I agree with the previous responses and can tell you that it will only get worse, if it is indeed the battery.

I also use iPhone 5c but my battery is really good I can use it whole day without any power bank or use of chargers.......
