Why doesn't iTunes always show my apps?

I Tunes

Since I had to get a new PC I am having trouble with I Tunes. It does not show my apps. I have windows 10 and an I Phone 5c
I don't know what could be wrong. I hope someone can help

Is your old PC still available? You need to move your old iTunes library to the new computer... https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204318

Thank You..I found another way by accident. Now the only problem I have ,is I can't delete any apps from I Tunes.
