iMessage will not work on my new iPhone C

Within the last fews days my iMessaging will not send or receive messages. I have tried reading possible fix options, but nothing will work. Can anyone out there help me with this issue. I am lost without my iMessaging. Many Thanks.

Welcome to iMore! Can you pls try to reset your phone to factory settings considering the fact you have done enough of troubleshooting?
