Most 5C's that I saw where very shiny. I all depends on the lighting at your house. If it's too bright, that will happen.

I guess I should've said glossy/greasy instead shiny.

My daughter has a white one and you can barely see prints on it.

I just got mine and while I agree that it feels very glossy I don't think the back looks more greasy than the front glass. That's the real fingerprint magnet to me, regardless of the iPhone model. The back seems ok, plus you can easily wipe dirt off, works better than with the metal backs.
