I entered my email settings not using exchange but using other. How can I increase the number of synced days?

There isn't a setting for that on your device, unless i've overlooked it. When you're looking at your email, are you not able to see all of your email?

Only exchange seems to have the "days to sync" setting.

Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calenders -> Select the account you want -> Last option before delete account is "Mail days to sync".

Might be Exchange only. I don't see that option on my iCloud email. I only see it for Gmail and Outlook.com.

    Gmail only if using Exchange.
