ITunes Store app

Hello everyone, the iTunes Store app will not open on my 5C. It keeps crashing shut, has anyone else experience this problem?
I did a soft reset, but it did not work. And the app opens fine on my Cousins iPhone 5. Thanks.

I'm not having any issues with the iTunes Store. How long have you had problems accessing the iTunes Store? If it's only been today, just give it until tomorrow to see if the issue clears itself. You can also try resetting your Network settings to see if that helps.

try going at it via the music app... open that, and hit the link for store.

I at first got the message. Cannot connect to iTunes Store.
Then out of the blue, it opened. Thanks.

It's me the iPhonie pest with another question please.
Rather than start another thread, and I did a little searching.
But I came up with nothing, or didn't look hard enough, or both.
Anyway, I purchased a song on iTunes through my phone.
It looks like it saves it to your device which could take up quite a bit of storage.
I currently use Amazon MP3, and once I get my laptop back.
I am thinking of importing the music from Amazon to iTunes.
But if it saves all your music to the internal storage, I may not want to do that.
I also did not see an option to manage your purchases from within the phone.
For example, deleting,or saving to the Cloud, or emailing the music.
Amazon MP3 app is nice, but kind of useless. There is no option to upload or purchase music.
If someone has a link or can lead me in the right direction with help on iTunes, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
One thing that came to my mind. Before my laptop went in for repairs.
I do remember importing my music from Amazon to iTunes.
Yet, from my device, those songs are nowhere to be found.
