My Grandson (10 yrs old) got the "BLUE" 5c for Christmas and came running to show me....It was nice, but I'm glad I got the 5s. It just looks more...grown up. Now add a case and who knows whats under the hood ...so to speak....SMILE

Not at all. Buy what you like its a nice iphone and I didn't realize how nice until my Grandson got one for Christmas, However I like the 5s MUCH better......SMILE

The 5c actually feels heavier and more balanced while naked (no case) in the hand more so than the 5s

I was at the AT&T counter today and this ---- close to getting the iPhone 5c or iPhone 5s. I'm not 100% sure why I didn't just get it. I'd already checked three shops for availability before even going to the shop.

Fwiw I did what you did, for 5 years. Yep it took me 1 year flip phone and 4 years blackberry to get the iPhone 5s.

Navi, I have to say I love my white 5c. I'm not rich but very far from "welfare". Just get what you like. It's a personal preference. I like colored phones, I had no
interest in touch ID or any of the other bells and whistles the 5s has. Good luck with your purchase.
