My iPhone5 is not factory unlocked, I was using my SIM through J V..why does it keep buffering?

my iPhone5 is not factory unlocked i was using my SIM through J V....

now i am doing erasing all contact & settings but it keeps on buffering... please help me guys...

Put a valid and activated SIM card in the iPhone. Put the iPhone in recovery mode , connect the device to your computer, and then restore it via iTunes.
