Why is my iPhone 5's battery port is not working?

My iphone 5 battery pot is not working, but if i remove the battery and power it on with another iphone 5 and put it in my phone back the phone will charge, but once the battery is totally down it will not come up.
Note: Not a charging point problem.

Seems like you might have to bring your phone to a certified repair service.

I really don't know. I'm not from Nigeria. I really hope somebody will help you out with in this matter.
