    When I switch on my cellular data, I start losing data drastically. This also filters to my airtime when I am out of data. I have switched of all applications, I have done network resets too but nothing seems to help.

    Welcome to iMore! It doesn't sound like apps would be the cause. If it's using data at an abnormally drastic rate, there may be a hardware issue. But first try a restore of the phone. Restore as new. Not from a back up. If that doesn't work, you'll need to take it to an Apple Store and let them evaluate it.
