Why won't my iPhone 5 turn on?

New i phone 5 wont turn on! Help!!

I brought an I phone 5 grade b off eBay just before Christmas. The ebay account 'Estocks' I brought the phone off had really good reviews with 99.4% positive feedback and most negative just about how long delivery took. So they seemed pretty legit. The phone go to me within a week and as soon as I got it out the box and put it on charge the flashing apple logo came on and off. I left It it charge for an hour and still couldn't turn on. I put it in recovery mode...still hasn't turned on. Tried updating the phone through iTunes...still hasn't turned on! I'm extremely annoyed and I am now stuck on what else I can do! Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

Have you tried contacting the eBay seller? What's the return policy? eBay has buyer protection so my guess is you are probably covered. PayPal also has buyer protection. I would start with seller.

Yes, contact with the eBay sellers, send picture or video to them,and you can make a controversy at Paypal.
