How do you create groups for quicker text messaging?

From my iphone5 I'm trying to send a message to a group of peoples and that would be from the green bubble not the blue one TY

Welcome to iMore! You can either disable iMessage in Settings > Messages or, unless all members of the group have iMessage, messages will send and receive as SMS (texts) automatically.
