Why won't my phone battery pass by 1 ?

my phone battery won't pass by 1 %

iphone 5 and after i uncharge it , the phone dies . now even cant charge

Could be a phone hardware issue... Bad cable, or bad charger... Try different ones of the last two... If neither of those help, it's time for a visit to a GeniusBar at an Apple Store or an authorized service provider... Or even a 3rd party repair shop for troubleshooting and repair
