Re: Spotlight search

How do I delete some of my spotlight search????

If you refer to old messages, you can't. You can go to Settings >General >Spotlight Search and uncheck messages or whichever you want. Then the old messages can't be seen on Spotlight Search. But checking it again brings them back. I've seen a fix online that I couldn't get to work. Neither could others. But it apparently worked for some. Maybe you can get it to work. Here's the link.

You can prevent the Spotlight search from 'displaying results' from certain aspects of your device. For example, if you uncheck Mail', and then do a spotlight search for 'iMore', it will not display the results of anything regarding iMore that may have been in your email messages. Having said that, to delete the cache associated with the spotlight search function, you have to restore your device as far as I know.
