iphone 5 screen hopping and randomly opening apps

Hi i bought this phone which was supposed to have only digitizer problems and luckily for me it has a digitizer problem that cant be fixed simply by fitting a new screen, this problem was happening on the last screen and now on the new screen, the water marks are still white and the phone looks in overall good condition bar the problem mentioned, has good battery and housing, how can this be fixed, tried hard resetting and DUF mode but problem still happening..

I would ask for my money back, or take the phone to an Apple Store and see what they can do to fix the device.
