    After replacing my screen on my iPhone 5 why I can't receive text messages or in coming calls?

    I guess would be that something was not hooked back up correctly. Take it back to the Apple Store, or to the screen repair place. First try a reset/reboot hold the power and home buttons at the same time until the Apple Logo appears to restart your device and then try again. If it's still not working take it back in.
