Have you tried rebooting? If so, another option is; Go into Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Hope that helps ya!

Is it still under warranty? Apple switched one for me for the same problem.

Yeah. I brought it to the service center and they told me it was a software problem. Got one replaced immediately.

No there's no warranty on this anymore and not in the US, hence my original post

If it's a software issue and you're out of warranty, then do a full restore via iTunes. This WILL wipe all data from the device, and reload the OS from a new download off of the Apple servers. If you have not yet updated to 7.1.2, you will be updated.

it's not software, hence original post asking about repair.

Someone indicated that it's a software issue. Wouldn't hurt to give it a try anyway.

Since you're out of warranty, Apple won't replace your phone for free, and doing a full restore (and set up as a new device to ensure no corrupted settings are restored) is a free fix you can do yourself. Depending on the amount of content you have, putting that back on may take a few hours, overnight is a good time to do that.
