For some reason my wife's phone is not fetching her AOL email even though every 15 min is checked. I know AOL doesn't support push and the fetch is suppose to override any account that will not do push . Any ideas on what I can try

Besides deleting the account and re-adding it, I would make sure she doesn't have that account setup to "Manual" on its own. In the fetch settings make sure that email account is set to fetch and not manual.

Hi dfb I'm not sure if your AOL is a POP email but the one POP email account I have seems to not be happy when it has been accessed on another device or PC. Try logging off of PC and restart your cell and see if that doesn't help. It's like they argue over which device gets to look at the email. Yes there is a much more techie explanation but I think you get the idea. Let me know
