Speaker replaced still no sound

Hi everyone, my iphone 5 speaker was not working and I took it into apple and they replaced it. Still no sound coming out of the speaker. It sounds like it is coming from the case but nothing out of the speaker. Any suggestions?

Apple said the only thing they could do was to replace the phone for 250$. I don't need to hear music or alerts that much...

It obviously has to be coming from the phone. Just take it out of the case and play a video or something to test out the speakers.
