Screenshot photos?

Is it possible to take screenshot photos and if so how? Also, I want these screenshot photos in a separate folder from my camera roll. Is that possible and how?

Just press the home button at the same time with the power-button.

As for organizing screenshots, you can create folders in Camera Roll and copy screenshots there. But they will stay in your camera roll 'cause that's how iOS works

Just press the home button and power button simultaneously. When done correctly you'll hear the camera shutter sound. By default all screenshots are stored in the camera roll folder.
