You could likely find a 3rd party repair service that could do it for less... Or, if you're adventurous and tech savvy, it can be a do-it-yourself job.

I don't think I could trust a 3rd party to do it.. I would trust apple but only if it was cheaper. I'm from the UK

I've only looked it up online because I thought I would have to make an appointment at the genesis bar.

I did mine recently. The battery cost me 8$ off of amazon and I did it myself on my 5. Its actually easier than expected. Spend the 4$ and get the tools too. I don't think its an OEM battery but it is working amazing. My phone lasts all day now. Even if it dies in 6 months I will buy another one as the batter life is too good.

Watch a youtube video and see if your comfortable following the steps needed to do a battery replacement. If not then go to an apple store. Ask ahead of time for a price. If its out of your budget then find a reputable 3rd party repair center.
Just do some research and see if the repair place has any good or bad reviews.
