IOS7.1 - deleting emails on iphone and ipad

Updated to IOS7.1 on both my iphone 5 and ipad last night. Everything seems to be working ok except if I delete emails from either device, it does not automatically delete them on the other. Hitherto, this worked fine.

Any ideas how to resolve? Thanks

Try rebooting both devices.
