something happends on the screen without any touch after wake up

Hello, I have got a little problem with my phone. Sometimes when I wake it up something happends on the screen without any touch. For example camera is going to turn on, communication settings turn on or screen moves to pin number. What is going on? Have anybody go the same problem? ios 7.03 After unlock , everything is ok. No problems with screen.

1st off, welcome to iMore. Sounds like u got a ghost playing jokes . Have you tried a fresh restore to see if that resolves your issue?

I tried reset using home and on/off button but it didn't help. It isn't normal of course?

Not a "hard" reset but restoring the device thru iTunes. Maybe 7.0.4 fixes your issue since you're on 7.0.3. Just a thought
