Need help working with my address book

I have a 5 and I need to figure out how to get all the phone numbers in my phonebook transferred to a word processing program like Word in a single column. There's like 1400 numbers in there so doing it by hand is out of the question. I would imagine it would involve syncing to itunes then exporting the contacts to I believe a MS program, Messenger maybe? And then going from there? Any advice on how to get this done? Thanks.

Via the email service associated with the contacts or a Mac computer, have you tried exporting the contacts as a .pdf file and then importing them into your word processor? What all have you tried to this point, by the way?

Depending on which service they are synced to, but most cloud based services will allow .csv exports of contacts.

Yeah, I know, but I was focusing more of the transferring "in a single column" part of the OP's request. I'm not sure how that would work.

Open .csv in excel and copy just one column to Word.

Or if it is a CSV, it can be opened in Excel and use the concatenate function to put it all in one column.
