There are many services that claim to unlock your iPhone based on IMEI. Can anyone recommend any 'legitimate' services to unlock the phone?

Your service provider? A lot of them do it now, worth checking.

Sorry. AT&T. Still on contract so they won't unlock. But I'm going overseas and need a short term solution. Any reputable services provide unlocking?

I had a couple i used for HTC, Blackberry and iPhone. But a few weeks ago they stopped supporting AT&T iPhones.
Supposedly ATT took down the external ability for sites like them to unlock. AT&T can still do it but 3rd party players can not. But i heard its slowly coming back.
