Iphone 5 IOS 7 delay - Home button

hi everyone !
i used beta 6 of ios 7 and then i upgrade to offical ios 7 by itunes .
then i noticed that i have some delay with my home button(which were too on beta i think ) (look video) compred to 4S :

so i tried to do restore and it helps ! it works the same like 4S , then i do restore from backup and it delayed again..
what should i do ? maybe i need to downgrade to 6.1.4 and then upgrade to 7.0 ? did any one noticed the delay on his iphone 5 too? exiting from apps is delayed too, and i tries to reset my home button but it didnt help..

It works correctly after you upgrade, but then stops after you restore from a backup, right? I recommend that you either go to Settings>General>Reset and then select "Erase All Contents and Settings" or do another restore, but this time, restore it as a new device - not from a backup.
