i mean password and carrier locked but thank you both guys, i found an online site that checks imei so its ok now.
one quastion, is it safe to unlock carrier from ebay by imei they ask me to give them? thanks again

Generally yes. Read through their seller/buyer feedback. If it's all 4-5 stars, then I would go ahead. If you're using paypal, they do offer protection for the buyer (you).
