imessage wont register just connecting prompt coming up on screen, imessage is on in settings and have reinstalled app 4 times to no avail!!!!

Just reread your post and was wondering what APP did you reinstall 4 times. iMessage is a native iPhone app which goes with the message app ( Again Native) ?
