No streaming on any tv app

I need your help or suggestions please. I am running iphone5 with the latest ios updates on the three network on unlimited data. The problem is that I can't streaming any tv apps such as sky go tv catchup or any other tv streaming app. They all work perfectly well over wifi. For info I am on a 6 Mbs plus connection speed on three. As I can't stream any app I assume its something to do with my phone? I have tried reinstalling each app and have checked that each ap is 3G enabled. Any suggestions? Thanks

Edit: I see that you have already enabled streaming over 3G.

Have you been able to use 3G for anything on the phone I.e web browsing/ Facebook etc

I have full web browsing and and stream a YouTube video etc its just these tv apps that won't work over 3G. I forgot to add that streaming over the bbc news and sky news ie live tv works fine.
