    I just got a brand new iPhone 5, I accidentally turned it on before putting in he sim and now it's stuck on the apple icon and it won't turn off. Please help

    Have you tried to keep the home button and the power button pressed together until it reboots? Ordinarily your phone should switch on even without a sim.
