Phone out of range

My iPhone 5 is not accepting some calls. It's saying to people who are trying to call me that my phone is out of range.

Can anyone help?

Do a reset and see if that fixes it. If not, call your provider and have them trouble shoot.

I had a similar experience a few weeks ago. All my calls were going straight to voicemail. Called AT&T, they did some troubleshooting and reset some stuff on their end, and I started getting calls again.
