Hey all. Pretty much a lurker here for the most part, but I had a question. Is this battery percentage with this amount of usage normal? I feel like it should be better than this.
Actually, now that I think about it, I was in a building for several hours this evening with a lower cell signal than usual. Didn't even dawn on me until you asked me that.
I know that plays a huge part in it. My uncle switched from sprint to AT&T because his signal was terrible where he worked with sprint. AT&T was better and his battery life nearly tripled because of it. Both were with a 4s
Reception does have a lot to do with it - I usually get 18 - 24 hours of standby with 7-8 hour of usage, but when I'm at work the building I'm in gets really bad 3G signal so it drops a lot faster.
Here's my battery life. HSPA+ and Wifi all day with a average signal of 3 bars or so.
This is my friends on LTE and Wifi all day. Average signal of 3 bars also.
